This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Terms") is a legal agreement between you and Kliir governing your use of the Kliir Smart Receipt Manager application ("App") and related services ("Services"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Kliir offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium automation features. Prices may vary by region and local taxes. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal devices solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:
Copy, distribute, or make the App available over a network
Modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works
Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App
Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
Subscriptions are billed monthly or semi-annually and automatically renew until cancelled. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policies.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:
The App may collect and use information about your device and usage patterns to improve functionality and user experience. We handle your personal data in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy.
📊 Usage data helps us improve the App's receipt recognition and categorization features.
The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Kliir. This includes but is not limited to software code, designs, graphics, text, and trademarks. Your license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
You may terminate this license at any time by deleting the App and cancelling your subscription.
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We do not warrant that the App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.
The App may be subject to export laws and regulations. You agree not to export or re-export the App to any country, person, or entity subject to trade sanctions or export restrictions.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard EULA terms also apply. In case of conflict, Apple's terms take precedence for App Store-related matters.
If you downloaded the App from Google Play, Google's Play Terms of Service also apply alongside these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
